In the UK, the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE), set up in 1974, had members who occupied top positions in the media, the security services, politics and industry.

Around the same time, the Spartacus gay guide was used by child abusers to find boy brothels worldwide.

The police will prosecute people in the lower part of the pyramid who have sex with minors.

But the elite are protected, even when outed.

Around 1977, the Elm Guest House in London, run by Harood and Carol Kasir, was being used as a boy brothel for the elite.

Throughout the United Kingdom there were government-run children's homes which were being run as child brothels for the elite.

Reportedly, MI5 and MI6 used these child brothels to entertain, and blackmail, top people.

Carol Kasir claimed to have kept names from the guest register of Elm Guest House, pictured above, which include major establishment figures.

Included on the list:

Anthony Blunt, an agent of MI5 and a friend of the Rothschilds.

A top cabinet minister.

A top politician who was present at the 1987 Kings Cross fire which reportedly led to the death of a number of child prostitutes.


Peter Hatton-Bornshin

As a child, Peter Hatton-Bornshin stayed at the local-government-run Grafton Close Children's Home.

He was forced to take part in drug-fuelled orgies at the Elm Guest House, orgies which involved top people.

When he was a little older, Peter was sent to Broadmoor mental hospital, where he died in mysterious circumstances.



The police and MI5 are reported to have organised a cover-up of what was going on at Elm Guest House.

It is alleged that Carole Kasir showed a whistleblower a photograph of Leon Brittan, a government minister, dressed as a nurse, with a naked 14 year old boy on his lap.

Kasir reportedly had other pictures of top members of the UK establishment at the Elm Guest House child-sex orgies.

Kasir was found dead on 17th June 1990, aged 47, just before she was again about to meet the whistleblower, Chris Fay.

Some people believe that she was murdered by the security services.



Conservative MP Geoffrey Dickens says he was given evidence of a child abuse network which included ‘big, big names’.

 He held a 30 minute meeting with the Home Secretary Leon Brittan in 1984, handing over a dossier of his evidence.

It has been reported on the internet that Leon Brittan had been a frequent visitor to Elm Guest House.

Leon Brittan and the UK government claim to have found no trace of the Dickens dossier.


MI5 and Special branch helped protect the child abuser Cyril Smith MP until his death in 2010.

Sir Jimmy Savile was also protected from prosecution

Recently, the Labour MP Tom Watson, requested a full investigation of allegations of a “powerful paedophile network linked to Parliament and No 10”.

Among the many institutions reportedly involved in child sexual abuse are: Haut de la Garenne children’s home in Jersey, six children’s homes in and around Nottingham, a network of children’s homes in North Wales, a church run Edinburgh children’s home, Cranbourne children’s home in Kent, Duncroft Approved School for Girls and the Kincora children's home in Northern Ireland..
